How? Well for a start:

This programme isn’t for Gym Bunnies , Women who want to drink Costa whilst pretending to workout and it certainly isn’t for women who survive on an Apple and Redbull a day!

Your most likely struggling to keep your food in check! Have tried multiple restrictive plans that your Hubby won’t eat and you’ve given up - and exercise probably doesn’t make it as the top priority when there’s 10 loads of washing to do and a promotion on the cards!

That’s ok - but YOU DONT HAVE TO SUFFER ANYMORE - there is another way


Give us Three hours of your precious time a week (yep that’s all) and we will coach you through Personal Training Sessions (No Mirrors, No BS, just motivated workouts with structure) and simple but effective nutrition system which means a bacon butty and GnT don’t lead to a month long “off the diet” BINGE

Programme 1

Monday, Wednesday Thursday – 09:45, 11:00 or 12:15


Programme 2

Tuesday & Friday - 06:00, 07:30, 18:00, 19:15 or 20:30

Sat – 08:45 or 09:45


What happens after the 30 days?

There are a variety of options after the 3o days, you may decide to go it alone which is completely fine. But for those who want to push further there are options of 3, 6 or 12 month programmes. Or you can keep rolling monthly if you prefer to keep the flexibility.

What happens if I need to take a holiday  during my trial period?

No problem, we’ll extend your trial period so you get your full 30 days.

Can I join if I have slight pain or injuries?

With most of our current members being 30 plus it's likely they have or develop minor niggles. So short answer is yes.

During your initial assessment we will determine if you are suitable based on your injury and if suitable adapt your training around this.


Do I need to be fit?

Absolutely not, most of our members have either started from scratch, having had no previous gym experience or haven’t exercised for a significant period of time.
